Timeless Ground Up Construction in Greenwich

This ground-up residence was fully envisioned by Downey, who led the design of both the exterior façade and interior spaces. Drawing inspiration from the storied architectural history of Greenwich and Connecticut, the home features natural, time-tested materials and interior detailing. Every element was thoughtfully considered to balance classic design with the needs of today’s homeowner, integrating modern amenities within a traditionally inspired framework.
